EXTRA OFFICIAL EVALUATION REPORT<\/span><\/h6>\n

IEE will keep documents on file for up to three years.\u00a0 During this period, an extra copy of the evaluation report can be issued.\u00a0 After this period, a new evaluation report must be requested.\u00a0<\/span>It is at the sole discretion of IEE management to determine whether a previous evaluation may be re-issued.<\/span><\/p>\n

FEES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If requested at the time of application – $20 (per copy)<\/span>
\n If requested after the evaluation report has been issued –\u00a0$35 (per copy)<\/span><\/p>\n

PAYMENT OPTIONS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We accept money orders, cashier check\u2019s and PayPal payments (subject to a surcharge). \u00a0All payments made with checks must be payable to International Education Evaluators, LLC.<\/span><\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you would like to pay for the extra official evaluation report with a money order or cashier\u2019s check, please submit the Evaluation Extra Copy Request Form<\/u><\/strong><\/a> (completed and signed) and payment to our office by mail.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you would like to pay for the extra official evaluation report with a credit card through PayPal, please submit the Evaluation Extra Copy Request Form<\/u><\/strong><\/a> (completed and signed) by email and we will email you a PayPal invoice so that you can pay online.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that most universities and licensing boards require that the official evaluation report be sent to them directly by our company.\u00a0 However, some institutions will accept evaluations mailed to them by the applicant if they are received in an unopened, sealed envelope.<\/span><\/p>\n

Extra copies are normally mailed out within five business days.<\/span><\/p>\n
