Translation Fee Estimate – FREE
Equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA) – $30
Upper/Lower Division Course Identification – $50
Verification of Authenticity – $75

• Academic documents will be verified with the issuing institution(s) for authenticity. If the verification is requested along with a document by document or course by course evaluation, the issuance of the final evaluation report may be delayed during the verification process.

Notarization of Translation – $10 (per translation)
Unofficial Faxed Copy of Evaluation Report – $5
Unofficial Scanned (Electronic) Copy of Evaluation Report – $5
Sealed Envelope – $5 (per envelope)

MAILING OPTIONS

Before you apply, it is recommended that you contact the intended recipient of the evaluation report to determine if they require the report to be sent directly to them from IEE.

Regular Mail

Evaluations are sent via regular mail unless otherwise requested (only within the U.S.). There is no additional fee for regular mail.

Mailing with a Tracking Service

If you prefer mailing with a tracking service, we offer the following:

Priority Delivery (U.S. only) – $10 per address
Express Delivery (U.S. only) – $30 per address
Priority Delivery (International) – $40 per address
Express Delivery (International) – $70 per address

If you send original documents, we recommend that you select either Priority Delivery or Express Delivery service for the safe return of your documents. Please note that the original documents will not be returned by regular mail, unless you instruct us in writing to do so. IEE accepts no liability related to the loss or damage of documents during mailing.

PAYMENTS 

We accept personal checks (unless requesting a RUSH service), cashier’s checks, money orders or PayPal payments.  All payments must be payable to International Education Evaluators, LLC.  Please note a $30 fee will be charged for all checks returned for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF). No work will be completed on an evaluation until all required fees have been paid. If you choose to pay via PayPal, a 3% fee will be added to the total amount of the transaction.
